In this time of shrinking 401kıs, dwindling paychecks and job insecurity, managers need to get creative with their employee appreciation. Scott is famous for beginning his staff meetings with movie and book reviews, and provides other unique employee motivators including half-day Fridays during the summer, staff ³retreats² to the movies and casual Fridays.
